Is the refrigerator suitable for outdoor use?

The refrigerator is only intended for indoor use. Please do not relocate the refrigerator outdoors or use it in moving vehicles. It is important to maintain a 5-inch clearance around the back and sides of the refrigerator to ensure proper ventilation and heat dissipation.

How long should I wait before plugging in the refrigerator after receiving it?

Upon receiving the product, it is recommended to allow the refrigerator to stand upright for 6-12 hours before plugging it in for use.

Does the refrigerator require manual defrosting?

We provide a defrosting tool for customers to use every 3 months or when the frost reaches 0.25 inches. Before defrosting, remember to remove any items and set the temperature to 0. Refer to page 6 of the manual for detailed instructions.
